We are able to ship to Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada. But US territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses are unacceptable.
Customers are responsible for all additional taxes, customs and import duties.

Please note the courier company might be changed from above mentioned, in that case please follow the confirmation on email for your parcel tracking. Some rural addresses may take longer for delivery.
CURRENCY
Prices displayed in non-USD currencies are approximate conversions only. These may fluctuate based on fees charged by your financial institution and conversion rates. The price of an item will change to USD at checkout from your cart and you will be charged in USD. This order total will be converted by your bank at the time of purchase using their exchange rate, and any processing fees you are subject to in regards to international transactions will be charged to you separately by your bank.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been dispatched. You can also contact us to keep you up with any update on the order.
- Free shipping is applied when the total cost of all products purchased is equal to $150 USD, before any discounts have been applied.
- All orders ship from China. Shipping estimates are based on dates provided by shipping couriers and shipping times may vary depending on shipping location. Delays experienced by shipping couriers, customs holds & other external third parties are outside of our control.
- Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you provide a PO Box or Parcel Locker address, your order will not be shipped until we get in touch with you for an alternative address. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
SHIPPING DELAYS DURING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Please allow additional days for the processing of your order during Chinese public holidays, when our dispatch centre is closed. Public holiday information can be found here.
DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and can vary depending on your state. Most of the shipment arrive within 15-20 days.
1. Not received a package?
We are sorry to hear that you have not received a package after the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as you aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.
2. How do I track my package?
As soon as the courier picks up your parcel you will receive an email with the tracking number, in order for you to monitor the status of the delivery on the courier's website. Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched.
Due to covid-19, we may require 5-7 business days to process the order and to dispatch it. The date reflects no-contact safeguards put in place to protect employees, delivery partners, and customers.

3. What if the package status is not updated?
Whilst we endeavor to dispatch your package in our time manner, on occasion the estimated time depends on your local postage carrier, your proximity to major postal hubs, and custom delays.
4. What if the package shows return to sender?
Please note the re-delivery service varies depends on the local carrier, which we've listed in our Shipping/ Ordering FAQ.
INTERNATIONAL MAIL
If you're having trouble tracking your parcel, please contact us at marketing@n3xism.com with your order number. We'll be having staff to help out.
Please note, it is your responsibility to keep an eye on your tracking. To avoid any concerns with delivery, we recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted. If delivery is attempted when no one is home, your parcel should be left in a secure location or a card will be left with collection information, depending on your local shipping courier’s processes.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS FEES
The displayed product costs do not include taxes and duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery. The price buyer paid to us are the product price itself. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes fees. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. If the package is shipped back because the customs payment was not paid we are not able to refund the order.
