The accessory specialist brand, the MAD HATcher, was founded in 2014 by the independent design studio N(3)XISM STUDIO in Shanghai. It specializes in the independent research, development, and production of various accessory products including headwear, bags, small accessories, and jewelry. With a creative concept that combines urban functionality with experimental spirit, the brand draws inspiration from street culture and cutting-edge fashion, striving for fine craftsmanship and quality in the production of accessories such as headwear and bags.

Founder's Background

Jude Huang, a designer born in Shanghai, is the founder of N(3)XISM STUDIO. In his early years, he managed a well-known streetwear store called EAST in Shanghai and also established a local design brand called INKY, fostering a deep connection with Western and local street and skateboard culture. He then pursued further education in fashion accessory design in London, building a solid foundation in professional manufacturing techniques and fashion product design. Upon returning to China, he established the N(3)XISM design studio and concurrently operates the studio's own accessory brand, the MAD HATcher. His aim is to explore the deep integration and evolution of street culture and fashion trends, combining it with innovative manufacturing techniques, all of which contribute to the high recognition of his design works.
